    Chris Cocks is Chief Executive Officer of Hasbro and serves on its Board of Directors. Prior to being named Hasbro’s CEO, Chris was President of Hasbro’s Wizards of the Coast and Digital Gaming segment.

    Chris’s vision, skills, and experience, combined with his extensive omni-channel background and proven track record, make him uniquely positioned to unlock Hasbro’s future potential and drive supercharged growth across our brands. He is leading the company's global transformation to achieve long term sustainable and profitable growth.

    While leading the team at Wizards of the Coast, growth more than doubled. His bold approach to customer segmentation unlocked numerous multi-million-dollar ideas and led Wizard’s iconic brand MAGIC: THE GATHERING to multiple years of consecutive growth since 2018. Chris was instrumental in the successful expansion into digital through Magic: The Gathering Arena for PC and mobile. Additionally, with Chris at the helm, DUNGEONS & DRAGONS became a pop culture powerhouse with over 50M fans to date, and through innovative ideas in digital gaming and entertainment, the brand is set up for ongoing success.

    Chris has been the driver of Wizards’ new digital publishing capabilities andtalent acquisition with its internal Arena Game Studio, Wizards Digital Publishing team, Archetype Entertainment in Austin, TX, Tuque Games in Montreal, and the expansion of the company's studios in Raleigh, NC and Seattle, WA.

    Prior to joining Hasbro, Chris held senior management positions at Microsoft Corporation, where he guided the marketing strategies of hit Xbox Games franchises including Halo and served as Vice President of OEM Technical Sales. He also worked at LeapFrog as Vice President of Educational Games and began his career in brand management at Procter & Gamble.

    Chris serves on the Board of Directors for Lifespan and the Board of Trustees of The Paley Center for Media, the leading nonprofit dedicated to celebrating the cultural, creative, and social significance of media and its impact on society. He graduated from Harvard University in 1996.

      As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Hasbro, Inc., Gina Goetter oversees the Company’s global business and corporate financial operations – including treasury, tax, investor relations, internal audit, accounting and control, supply chain operations and data insights, and business planning and analysis. Her role also includes delivering the Company’s Operational Excellence program and associated cost savings.

      Gina joined Hasbro in May 2023 and brings over 25 years of experience and a proven track record of driving strong financial and operational results. She joined Hasbro from Harley-Davidson, where she served as Chief Financial Officer and was responsible for all aspects of finance, accounting, treasury, tax, Investor Relations, and Mergers & Acquisitions. During her time at Harley Davidson, Gina led the Company through a multi-year strategic transformation focused on restoring growth and profitability across the core business and reinvigorating total shareholder return.

      Earlier in her career, Gina was Senior Vice President of Finance for Tyson Foods’ Prepared Foods Segment and spent 21 years at General Mills in increasingly senior Finance roles.

      Gina has a B.A.S. in Finance and Economics from the University of Wisconsin, and a M.B.A from Boston College Carroll School of Management. She serves on the board of SC Johnson.

        As Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer of Hasbro, Inc., Matt Austin leads all commercial activities across the company’s global operating markets – leading the global sales and marketing organization and driving long-term growth in mature and emerging markets. Matt leverages Hasbro's commercial opportunities with powerful, data-driven consumer insights and strategic partnerships across different channels, including e-commerce and direct fan experiences, to continue to drive profitability. 

        Matt joined Hasbro in 2019 as President of Europe and Asia, where he drove sustainable growth across key regions for the company’s global business. He has built a strong reputation for developing and empowering impactful teams with a laser focus on achieving strategic priorities and delighting consumers. 

        Before joining Hasbro, Matt was CEO for the UK and Ireland at Lindt & Sprungli, and prior to that he worked for MARS across multiple categories, geographies and functions including a Global Marketing Leadership role on Confections, as well as the General Manager for Confections in Europe and General Manager for the MARS food business in Germany. In both organizations, he was recognized for his ability to build successful, sustainable business growth with a consumer-first approach. 

        Matt studied computer science at University of Wales and finance at Henley Business School in England. Matt serves on the Advisory Board for the Center for Emerging Markets at Northeastern University D'Amore-McKim School of Business.

          As Chief Supply Chain Officer at Hasbro, Inc., Stephanie Beal oversees Hasbro’s global supply planning, global sourcing and procurement, logistics and fulfillment, quality assurance and security, and works to position Hasbro’s supply chain as a competitive advantage, creating value and building flexibility and resilience to exceed customer expectations. 

          Stephanie joined Hasbro in 2022, as the SVP, Global Planning, focused on implementing global inventory policy and creating a new digital planning environment. Similarly, in her previous role as VP Supply Chain Planning, Strategy & Transformation at Rockwell Automation, she oversaw the implementation of a new supply chain planning environment, the development of a global allocation tool for scarce components, and focused on improving the customer experience around order fulfillment. Prior to Rockwell, Stephanie led the implementation of a new global supply chain organization strategy at Kimberly Clark, where she introduced a new supply chain operating model, refined inventory policy, and drove excellence in logistics and operations, among other responsibilities. Prior to Kimberly Clark, Stephanie held senior roles at AB InBev and Unilever, where she relocated to Switzerland to launch the Unilever Americas Supply Chain Company, which included a global supply chain with a network of 22+ plants.

          Stephanie holds a Bachelor degree of Science in Industrial Management from Purdue University.

            Tim Kilpin serves as President, Toys, Licensing & Entertainment for Hasbro, Inc., where he oversees Hasbro’s iconic multi-billion-dollar Toy business, with a focus on optimizing the value and performance of the Company’s strategic franchise brands and IP. Tim brings over 30 years of experience as a leader and executive in the Toy and Children’s Entertainment industries – setting brand strategies and creative direction for the world's most iconic children's brands.

            Prior to joining Hasbro, Tim served as Executive Chairman and CEO at PlayMonster Toys, a dynamic toy and game company that focuses on delivering quality play experiences for kids and families around the world. Prior to that Tim served as the leader of Activision Blizzard’s Consumer Products business, managing the category strategy and creative development of multiple product ranges in support of Activision Blizzard's key franchises.

            Tim served as Chief Commercial Officer for Mattel, Inc. overseeing Mattel's sales and Marketing operations. Prior to being named CCO, Kilpin was Executive Vice President of Boys and Girls Global Brands at Mattel, leading all aspects of marketing and product design and development, including the successful launch of Monster High, Mattel's first new IP in 30+ years. He also served as Executive Vice-President, Franchise Management at The Walt Disney Company.

            He received his B.A. in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Tim serves on the board of the Toy Association and has previously served on the boards and executive committees of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Children Affected by AIDS Foundation.

              As Chief Digital Information Officer at Hasbro, Inc., Dan Shull oversees strategic planning, development, and management of Hasbro’s digital and information technology initiatives, including data analytics, IT and technical operations, information security, application development, client services and consumer care. Charged with leading Hasbro’s digital transformation to establish a platform-first approach across the global organization, Dan ensures Hasbro is set up with the latest technology to drive improved efficiencies and better serve employees, partners and fans.

              Dan joined Hasbro in July 2024 and brings over 25 years of Fortune 500 industry experience, previously serving as Chief Technology Officer at REI. He joined REI in 2018 as VP, Customer Technology and over his time at the company presided over key strategic initiatives for the technology team, including elevating the company’s cyber security position, migration to AWS and subsequent strategic transformation to optimize performance, and a functional reorganization to drive greater cost efficiencies and increase customer and employee satisfaction. 

              Prior to REI, Dan worked in management consulting and as CIO at Signet Jewelers Inc. Previously, he spent seven years at Nike Inc. in key leadership roles, advancing to VP, Strategy, Architecture and Portfolio. He started his career at Borders Group Inc., where he held several leadership positions over the course of his combined 15 years at the company.

              Dan has an MBA from University of Michigan and a B.Sc in Computer Science from Phoenix University. He previously served on the board of University of Washington Information School and on the national board of directors for non-profit organization Friends of the Children.

                As the Chief Legal Officer for Hasbro, Inc., Tarrant Sibley leads the company’s global legal operations. Tarrant is also Corporate Secretary for Hasbro’s Board of Directors. Among other key disciplines, he oversees compliance, employment law, governance, intellectual property, licensing, litigation, M&A, and securities.

                Before joining Hasbro, Tarrant was an associate with Palmer & Dodge LLP and Hale and Dorr LLP. He received his B.A. in economics from Dartmouth College and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.

                  As Executive Vice President and Chief Communications Officer of Hasbro, Inc, Roberta Thomson is responsible for global internal and external communications, including corporate brand and reputation, product publicity, and issues management. Roberta provides a strategic narrative to bring Hasbro and its businesses alive, delivering compelling and powerful storytelling to stakeholders including fans and media.

                  Roberta joined Hasbro from Notion, the collaboration software company, where she served as Chief Brand and Communications Officer, and built a team focused on brand, design, and storytelling. Prior to that, Roberta led the Product Communications and Corporate Communications teams at Meta, formerly Facebook, where she helped tell the company’s story both externally and internally for more than seven years. Roberta began her career as a chartered accountant with Deloitte, and then spent more than seven years at critical issues and corporate relations agency Brunswick Group, where she advised on media relations, crisis, and issues management, and oversaw comms for high-profile M&A transactions. 

                  Roberta studied Classics at the University of Oxford. She currently serves on the board of ColorComm, the nation’s leading women’s platform addressing diversity and inclusion across the communications, marketing, advertising, media, and digital industries.
