    As Chairman and CEO of Hasbro, Inc., Brian Goldner has led the company’s transformation from a toy and game company into a global play and entertainment leader. As the architect of the company’s strategic Brand Blueprint, he has led the expansion of Hasbro brands and capabilities into new categories and markets around the world. Today, Hasbro delivers immersive brand experiences for global audiences through consumer products, including toys and games, entertainment, and digital gaming.

    Brian pioneered and continues to oversee Hasbro’s omni-channel storytelling. In 2019, he led the acquisition of eOne, an independent entertainment studio, vastly expanding the company’s storytelling capabilities and adding beloved franchises like Peppa Pig and PJ Masks to the Hasbro brand portfolio.

    Brian has played a key role in securing and expanding Hasbro’s relationships with some of the most valuable properties in the industry, including Marvel, Star Wars, Disney Princess and Disney Frozen with The Walt Disney Company, and Beyblade.

    Since Brian became CEO in 2008, Hasbro’s market capitalization has nearly tripled, and the Company’s total shareholder return has increased nearly 300%.

    Under Brian’s leadership, Hasbro has been consistently recognized for its commitment to corporate citizenship and has been named among the 100 Best Corporate Citizens by 3BL Media and one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere Institute for the past decade.

    Brian joined Hasbro in 2000 and has served in several leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer. Previously, he held senior management positions at Bandai America, J. Walter Thompson and Leo Burnett.

    Today, Brian serves on the boards of Hasbro and ViacomCBS, Inc., and is a trustee for The Paley Center for Media. He is also a member of the Producers Guild of America and previously served on the boards of Molson Coors Brewing and the GAP, Inc. He graduated from Dartmouth College and the Executive Education Program at the Amos Tuck School.

Mr. Throop took the company public in 2003 and grew eOne’s global footprint through a series of transformative growth initiatives and corporate acquisitions across all areas of entertainment.

      Today, as part of Hasbro, Inc., eOne is a talent-driven global entertainment organization with world-class brands that include preschool-phenoms Peppa Pig, PJ Masks and Ricky Zoom.         Deborah Thomas leads Hasbro’s global corporate financial operations, including accounting and control, business planning and analysis, internal audit, treasury, tax, investor relations and other key financial disciplines. In addition to corporate finance, she oversees the Company’s global information technology organization.

        Prior to her appointment in 2009 as Hasbro’s CFO, Ms. Thomas served as Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Finance for Hasbro. Ms. Thomas also served as the Company’s Corporate Controller and has held positions of increasing responsibility since joining Hasbro’s Finance Department in 1998.

        Ms. Thomas has participated in the due diligence and acquisition teams for almost every major acquisition Hasbro has made. In addition to her role in corporate finance, Ms. Thomas is an active member of Hasbro’s Global Information Systems Steering Committee.

        Prior to joining Hasbro, Ms. Thomas held Assurance positions at KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP from 1986 through 1998, in the United States and in the United Kingdom.

        Ms. Thomas currently serves on the board of directors for Logitech, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of interface devices for personal computers (PCs) and other digital products. She also serves on the board of directors for the Rhode Island Airport Corporation (RIAC). Thomas is a member of the AICPA, the Rhode Island Society of CPA’s, and has on occasion advised to the Members in Industry sub-committee of the AICPA.

        Ms. Thomas was named the 2010 Citizen of the Year by the March of Dimes Rhode Island’s Board of Directors, in recognition for her work to advance the March of Dimes’ mission of improving infant health. In 2015, Providence Business News named Ms. Thomas CFO of the Year for a Public Company headquartered in Rhode Island.

        Ms. Thomas has a BS from Providence College and is a CPA.

            Chris Cocks is President at Wizards of the Coast, a global leader in fantasy gaming. Since 2016, Chris has led strategy for two of the biggest names in gaming, Dungeons & Dragons and Magic: The Gathering, while launching new digital games, and acquiring development studios in Montreal and Austin to further develop the company’s digital publishing business and new IP pipeline.

            Previously, Mr. Cocks served as Vice President of OEM Technical Sales at Microsoft Corporation, where he led a global sales and technical engagement team. Prior to his eight-year tenure with Microsoft, he served as Vice President of Educational Games at LeapFrog, where he led a cross-discipline team to drive hardware planning, software design and development, marketing and channel management. He began his career in brand management at Procter & Gamble and served in product management and marketing leadership positions in Xbox and MSN, including work on hit franchises like Halo and Fable, prior to joining Leapfrog. He has been a lifelong fan and player of Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons.

              Tom Courtney is a 25-year veteran of Hasbro and serves as Executive Vice President, Global Operations.

              In this position, Mr. Courtney is responsible for overseeing vendor relationships, product sourcing, product safety and quality, logistics and warehousing, supply chain planning, corporate real estate, global security and the development, design, operation, and improvement of the systems that make and deliver Hasbro's products.

              Since joining Hasbro in 1992 as Assistant Controller - Games, Mr. Courtney has held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility, including VP Finance Games, SVP Finance North America, SVP Global Business Planning and Analysis and SVP & GM Global Operations.

              In his prior role as SVP & GM Global Operations, Mr. Courtney led the successful turn around and sale of Hasbro's games manufacturing operations in Massachusetts and Ireland.

              He began his career at Coopers & Lybrand in 1982, and in 1985, joined Brennan College Services as Corporate Controller. Mr. Courtney is a member of the Hasbro IT steering committee.

              Mr. Courtney was the former greater Springfield chapter president and board member of the Financial Executive Institute and served on the boards of the Springfield Technical Community College Foundation and the YMCA of Greater Springfield. Mr. Courtney is currently a board member of the Providence Foundation.

              Mr. Courtney has a BBA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

                As Chief Commercial Officer, Michael Hogg is responsible for the leadership of all commercial activities across all of Hasbro’s global operating markets in order to drive long-term growth in both mature and emerging markets worldwide.

                Since joining Hasbro as General Manager for Canada in 2005, Mr. Hogg has assumed expanded roles across the commercial organization. In 2011, he became President, Hasbro North America, while effectively driving the core concepts of accountability, ownership and empowerment throughout the organization. He was promoted to Chief Operating Officer, Commercial Markets in 2018 and has successfully led the European organization to deliver on key Company priorities over the last two years.

                Before joining Hasbro, Mr. Hogg held senior positions within marketing and sales for Playtex, Canada before assuming the role of President there in 1998. He received his Bachelor of Administrative Studies from York University before going on to receive an MBA from the Shulich School of Business, York University.

                  Dolph Johnson is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Hasbro, Inc.

                  Mr. Johnson's career at Hasbro spans 20 years, during which time he has held responsibility for a variety of different aspects encompassing global human resources, organizational and leadership development, succession planning, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement and communications and HR information systems.

                  Prior to Hasbro, his career included service with Frito Lay, based in Dallas, Texas, and Ecolab based in Minneapolis, Minn.

                  Dolph serves on the Board of Visitors Executive Committee for the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and serves on the Board of Advisors for Year Up, an intensive training program that provides young adults with a unique combination of technical and professional skills empowering them to succeed in livable-wage careers. He is also on the Board of Directors for The Pawtucket Foundation and United Way of Rhode Island, and sits on the Board of Trustees at Rhode Island Hospital Foundation. He is the president of Bruno United FC, a non-profit youth soccer club. He has also served as Chairperson of the Hasbro Children's Hospital Gala Committee from 2010 to 2014.

                  Dolph holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. He holds a BA in Psychology and a MA in Psychology from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA.

                    Mr. Nyman has been a valued member of the Hasbro team for 18 years and has held several roles across brand and commercial management, most recently as President, Hasbro North America, where he was responsible for sales and marketing for the U.S. and Canada. Prior to his role as president, he served as Hasbro’s General Manager and Senior Vice President of Marketing. Before joining Hasbro, Nyman held leadership roles within brand management for Timberland and LEGO.

                    Mr. Nyman earned a bachelor’s degree in history from Virginia Wesleyan as well as an MBA from the Boston College Carroll School of Management. He currently serves as a member of the Virginia Wesleyan University Board of Trustees.
